Order Cancellation

-Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

-Once shipped → treated as a return. - By Tiny Jewels:
-May occur due to serviceability issues, stock errors, pricing mistakes, delays, or fraud checks.
-If cancelled → refund processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Returns
- 3-day return window from delivery.
- Jewellery must be:
→ Unused and unworn
→ In resealable condition
→ Returned with invoice, certificates, Tiny Jewels box, and intact tags - Customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery are non-returnable.
- Return pickup is arranged by Tiny Jewels; shipping cost borne by customer.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are issued only after QC (Quality Check).
- Approved refunds:
-Original Payment Method – within 15 working days after QC
-Store Credit (Credit Note) – valid for 1 year, single-use, non-transferable, non-encashable - Shipping/insurance charges are non-refundable.
- Orders with free shipping → ₹850 deducted.
- Orders below ₹15,000 → actual shipping fee non-refundable.
- If return is due to defect/damage/manufacturing issue → no deductions apply.

- Our team confirms eligibility & arranges pickup if approved.
- Once received, QC is done and refund/credit is issued.
Important Notes
- If parcel looks tampered/open → Do not accept. Take photos and contact us within 24 hours.
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Tiny Jewels reserves the right to reject returns/refunds if conditions are not met.
