Warranty Coverage

• Valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
• Covers:
  →  Manufacturing defects
  →  Enamel fading/discolouration
  →  Lock, clasp, or chain defects

Warranty Exclusions

• Regular wear & tear, scratches, dents
• Breakage, mishandling, or accidents
• Loss of stones due to impact
• Damage from chemicals, perfumes, extreme heat or water
• Jewellery repaired/altered outside Tiny Jewels

Repair Policy

• Within warranty (6 months) → repair is free of cost.
• After warranty → repair available with applicable charges.
• Shipping:
  • Warranty cases → one-way shipping by Tiny Jewels, one-way by customer
  • Non-warranty cases → both ways by customer
• Standard repair time: 25 working days after approval.
• Customers must first share photos/videos of the product. Repairs are accepted only after virtual evaluation & approval.
