At Tiny Jewels, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer an exchange option if you’d like to switch your jewellery for another Tiny Jewels design.

Eligibility

• Valid within 15 days of purchase.
• Exchange can be availed only once per order.
• ❌ Customised or engraved jewellery is not eligible.
• Exchanges are valid only against ready-to-ship products.

Jewellery Condition

• Must be unused and unworn.
• Tags must be intact.
• Shine and quality must remain in original state.
• Must be returned with:
  → Invoice
  → Certificates
  → Tiny Jewels box & packaging

Charges

• Flat ₹1,600 two-way insured shipping fee applies.
• If the new piece costs more → customer pays the difference via secure payment link.

Quality Check

• All exchanged products undergo strict QC by Tiny Jewels.
• Exchange will not apply if:
  → Jewellery is used, damaged, or worn
  → Tags are missing
  → Jewellery is altered/repaired outside Tiny Jewels
  → Invoice, certificates, or packaging are missing
• If QC fails → product returned, shipping borne by the customer.
