At Tiny Jewels, we love creating bespoke jewellery that is as unique as your little one.
Terms
- A non-refundable advance must be paid before designing begins (amount varies per order).
- Once design is approved in writing (📩 email/📱 WhatsApp), production will start.
- Timeline: 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Last-minute design changes may extend timelines and may carry extra charges.
Conditions
- Customised/engraved products are not eligible for return, exchange, or direct refund.
- For buyback: gold weight will be adjusted towards a new product (ready-to-ship or customised).
- Customers must provide final written approval before production begins.
Shipping
- Standard shipping timelines apply (see Shipping Policy).
- Express delivery can be arranged upon request (subject to feasibility).
